Electronics
We employ Electronics Engineers who can design and develop professional electronics for our customers. That is what we are good at and also enjoy doing.
From simple to complex PCBs. We test and validate all electronics after delivery and can also produce them in-house. We do the production manually and with our Pick & Place machines, through-hole and SMD. From prototypes, pilot series, zero series to full series production of market-ready products.
Mechanics
Mechanical engineering knowledge and experience are required to design and construct innovative systems and machines.
We have in-house specialists with years of experience in the field of mechanical engineering. We can also integrate electronics using well-known design packages such as SolidWorks so that a market-ready end product can be developed.
Industrial design
We have years of experience in industrial design of products for a wide variety of applications.
We are not only talking about the housing, but also about the user interaction. Coming up with the right design is crucial for the success of your end product, both from a cost point of view (think of production) and from a user point of view (think of the end users). Software
An important component of effective hardware solutions is often smart software. It is inextricably linked to it. That is why SST Hardware employs its own embedded software engineers and also has knowledge and experience with PLCs, such as those from Siemens and Beckhoff.
For mobile apps and web applications, where applicable within the specific customer issue, we use the experienced support of our sister company SST Software. Together we have specialists in various languages and techniques such as C, C++, Python, Java, PHP and .NET. The most suitable technology is chosen for each project.
