What you're going to do
As a Production and Assembly Employee you are part of our production and assembly team. Together with colleagues from the electronics, software and mechanics disciplines, you work on innovative products for various customers. You assemble printed circuit boards (PCB(A)s), carry out checks and ensure that every printed circuit board leaves production clean, complete and fully tested.
You work with modern production and assembly equipment and follow clear work instructions, parts lists and test procedures. You have an eye for quality and you identify any deviations during the production process. Where necessary, you think about improvements in the assembly or testing process.
At SST Hardware we believe in an integrated approach. We not only develop electronics, but also take care of assembly, testing and production entirely in-house. This allows you to see the complete process: from prototype to series production. You make an important contribution to products that are actually used in industry, mechanical engineering and the medical sector, among others.
What we are looking for in you:
- Intermediate vocational education working and thinking level, preferably in the field of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electronics.
- Affinity with PCB(A)s, electronics, and assembly work.
- Experience with soldering (THT and/or SMD) is a plus.
- You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
- You have a practical mindset and think in solutions.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
- Ideally living in the Enschede area.
